Meet Our Team
Prior to co-founding Balancing Act Financials, LLC, Anne was a full charge bookkeeper for a Greenwich interior design business where she gained extensive knowledge of Studio Designer (an industry specific design), and accounting software including QuickBooks. Her clients include manufacturing companies, restaurants, decorators, designers and retailers. Anne was formerly the Treasurer for the Friends of the Ferguson Library and was on the finance committee for the Enoch Crosby chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. In addition, Anne is a current Connecticut Notary Public. She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a member of the American Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Anne received her BS from Sacred Heart University in 2000.
A career controller, CFO and operations executive, Stan has many years of accounting and financial leadership under his belt. He has lead several companies with annual sales of $100 million+ in apparel, textile, and hospitality industries. Stan received his BA from Siena College and MBA from Iona College.
Maria joined Balancing Act Financials in 2019. She attended Pace University where she attained her BBA in Accounting and and passed the New York State CPA exam. Prior to BAF, Maria worked in public accounting before working for a private engineering firm. She's a proud mother to three daughters and (for now) one darling granddaughter.
